Steering Board for Research Data Management

On behalf of the university management the Steering Board for Research Data Management has been established to guide the implementation of strategic developments of an university-wide research data management system. Its role is defined in the RDU's rules of procedure, which were adopted by the University Senate in September 2023.

The Scientific Software Center at IWR provides support for all questions related to the development of research software.

The Heidelberg Center for Digital Humanities bundles the university's activities in the digital humanities and supports researchers along its focal points of Digital Heritage and Digital Linguistics as well as in related research areas.
